一、學院概況(kuang)

火狐體(ti)育(yu)官網成立于2002年(nian),其歷(li)史可追溯(su)至(zhi)1916年滬江時期(qi)的格致科,其前身是1960年成立的基礎教學部。學院現有2個系、3個學科:數(shu)學系、物理(li)系,2個學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke):數(shu)學(xue)(xue)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)、物理(li)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke);2個二(er)級學科博士點:光(guang)電(dian)子(zi)物理與(yu)器件、復雜系(xi)統數學理論與(yu)方法;2個一級學科碩士點:數學、物(wu)理學;7個二級學科碩士(shi)點(dian):應用數學、基礎(chu)數學、運籌學與(yu)控制論(lun)、概率論(lun)與(yu)數理統計、凝聚(ju)態物理、光學、理論(lun)物理;2個本科(ke)專(zhuan)業:數學與應用數學、應用物理學;1個(ge)理(li)科(ke)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中心,包括物理(li)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室、數學實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室;深海(hai)裝備復雜系統研究院。

火狐(hu)體(ti)育官網(wang)是教學(xue)科研(yan)型學(xue)院,從(cong)立院起就承(cheng)擔著兩大(da)(da)任務:一是完成好全校(xiao)量大(da)(da)面(mian)廣的公共基礎課教學(xue)任務,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)全校(xiao)人才培養提(ti)供(gong)支(zhi)撐;二是發展(zhan)(zhan)理學(xue),為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)我(wo)校(xiao)成為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)真正(zheng)意(yi)義上的理工(gong)大(da)(da)學(xue)作出貢獻。圍繞這兩大(da)(da)任務,我(wo)院始終堅持了“教學(xue)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)立院之本、科研(yan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)發展(zhan)(zhan)之路(lu)、人才為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)強院之基”的指導思(si)想(xiang),2016 年以來,廣大(da)教職工在教學、科研(yan)和學科建(jian)設等方面開(kai)展了積極的(de)火狐體(ti)育網頁(ye)版,取得了可喜的(de)成績。

(一)教學火狐體(ti)(ti)育網(wang)頁版

我(wo)院堅持(chi)育人優先、質量(liang)優先的(de)原則(ze),始終把搞好教學火(huo)(huo)狐體(ti)(ti)育網頁版放(fang)在首位(wei),尤(you)其是把提(ti)高火(huo)(huo)狐體(ti)(ti)育網頁版受益面(mian)最大(da)的(de)公(gong)共基(ji)礎課的(de)教學質量(liang)作為第一(yi)要務。為了(le)在大(da)眾(zhong)化教育形(xing)勢下(xia)穩步提(ti)高基(ji)礎課的(de)教學質量(liang),我(wo)們做了(le)大(da)量(liang)的(de)火(huo)(huo)狐體(ti)(ti)育網頁版。

1、在崗教師 100%為本科生授課。在崗專任教師師均承擔教學火(huo)狐體(ti)育(yu)網(wang)頁版量 500。廣大教(jiao)(jiao)師敬(jing)業(ye)愛崗,無私奉獻,受到廣泛(fan)好評。我院教(jiao)(jiao)師課堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)學質量評價平均得分達 91.48 分(fen);多名教師榮獲課程教學優秀獎(jiang)一(yi)等獎(jiang),二等獎(jiang)。

2、重視(shi)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培養。學院始終(zhong)堅(jian)持(chi)以本(ben)為(wei)本(ben),推進四個(ge)回歸,把本(ben)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)放在人才培養的中心地位,積極開展了(le)火(huo)狐(hu)體育(yu)(yu)官網(wang)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學競賽(sai),為(wei)我校努力打(da)造一支師(shi)德高尚、業務精(jing)湛、充滿活力的高素質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍貢獻力量(liang)。青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)在各類教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學比賽(sai)中取(qu)得了(le)優異成績。

3、課程(cheng)思政(zheng)(zheng)指以構建全員(yuan)、全程(cheng)、全課程(cheng)育(yu)人(ren)格局的形式將各類課程(cheng)與思想政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)理論課同(tong)向同(tong)行,形成協同(tong)效(xiao)應,把“立德樹(shu)人(ren)”作(zuo)為教(jiao)育(yu)的根本任務的一種綜(zong)合教(jiao)育(yu)理念。2019 年,我院(yuan)積極申報上海高校課程思政領(ling)航計劃,成功立(li)項(xiang)為(wei)重(zhong)點改革領(ling)航學院(yuan),并成功立項4個(ge)特色(se)改(gai)革(ge)領(ling)航團隊和 22 門精品改革領航課(ke)程。為深入推進課(ke)程思政教育(yu)教學改革,2020 年(nian)學(xue)院積極申(shen)報上海理工大學(xue)課(ke)程思政示范(fan)專(zhuan)業和(he)示范(fan)課(ke)程,成功立項 2 個(ge)示范專業和 22 門示范課程(cheng)。

4、繼續(xu)認真落實本科(ke)教學(xue)教師激勵計劃(hua),堅(jian)持對高(gao)等數(shu)學(xue)、大學(xue)物理(li)、概率(lv)論與數(shu)理(li)統計、線性代數(shu)和復變(bian)函數(shu)與積分變(bian)換 5 門課程(cheng)開展“學(xue)(xue)習(xi)促進(jin)坊”活動(dong)。為提高火狐體(ti)(ti)育(yu)網(wang)頁(ye)版的學(xue)(xue)習(xi)成(cheng)績(ji)做了實(shi)實(shi)在在的火狐體(ti)(ti)育(yu)網(wang)頁(ye)版。

5、組織我校火(huo)狐(hu)體育(yu)網頁(ye)(ye)版參加全國(guo)大(da)(da)學數學競賽,全國(guo)大(da)(da)火(huo)狐(hu)體育(yu)網頁(ye)(ye)版數學建(jian)(jian)模競賽,美(mei)國(guo)大(da)(da)火(huo)狐(hu)體育(yu)網頁(ye)(ye)版數學建(jian)(jian)模競賽,“理科(ke)之星(xing)”學科(ke)競賽。有近 500 名火狐(hu)體育網頁版獲得各級獎項。

6、按照教務處關于申請大火狐體(ti)(ti)育(yu)網頁版(ban)創新(創業(ye))訓(xun)練計劃(hua)項(xiang)目的通(tong)知精神(shen),我(wo)院(yuan)積(ji)極組織和(he)指導(dao)火狐體(ti)(ti)育(yu)網頁版(ban)申報,同時對申請的項(xiang)目做好審核火狐體(ti)(ti)育(yu)網頁版(ban)。我(wo)院(yuan) 3 個專(zhuan)業的火(huo)狐體育(yu)網頁(ye)版獲上海(hai)市(shi)創新創業項目 60 余項,校創新(xin)創業項目 100 余項。

(二)科研研究

科研為發展之路,學院在高(gao)質量(liang)完成(cheng)教(jiao)學任(ren)務的同時(shi),在高(gao)質量(liang)論文發表(biao)和(he)基(ji)金項目申請方面有(you)較大進(jin)步。主(zhu)要取(qu)得了(le)如下成(cheng)績:

1、魏國亮教授再次入(ru)選交叉學科領域“全球高(gao)被引科學家(jia)”。

22020年(nian)學院(yuan)有11項(xiang)國家自(zi)然科(ke)學基金(jin)項(xiang)目立項(xiang),其中含面上基金(jin)項(xiang)目2項(xiang)、上(shang)海自然科學基(ji)金項(xiang)目4項,到款科(ke)研總(zong)經費達789.9萬元,較上一年(nian)有大幅度增(zeng)長。。新獲批(pi)國家自然科學基金8項,其中面上項目4項,比2019年增長100%,立項數全校(xiao)排名第三(san),資助率(lv)17.39%全校排名第二。新獲(huo)批上(shang)海市自然科學基金4項,占全校(xiao)20%。上(shang)海“科(ke)技創新(xin)行動計劃(hua)”1項。

32020年,以上海理工大(da)學為第一單(dan)位發表學術論文約212篇,其(qi)中(zhong)在SCI收錄源刊(kan)上發(fa)表論文201篇,SCI一區20篇,SCI二(er)區40篇,二(er)區以上約占30%,與去年相比,均在穩步增長(chang)。新增10篇(pian)以上海理工大學為第一單位的ESI高被引論文(占全校16%)。截(jie)止目前(qian),我院(yuan)ESI高被引(yin)論(lun)文共(gong)計38篇。

4、張伏、徐建、汪文(wen)軍三(san)位老師(shi)分(fen)別在各自頂級學術期刊SIAM Journal on Control and OptimizationJOURNAL OF DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONSMathematical Models & Methods in Applied Sciences上發表高水(shui)平(ping)學(xue)術(shu)論文。

5、引進張興光、王金敏(min)、廉孜超三(san)位東方學者。青年教師孫瑩瑩、么聰菲(fei)、李佳珈、高月鳳(feng)、辛艷梅、郝(hao)偉舉、岳兵兵七人獲(huo)上海市“揚帆計劃”支持(chi)。

(三)人(ren)才培養

1、加強(qiang)“大學(xue)工”隊伍(wu)建設,夯實基礎火(huo)狐體育網頁版

2、打造“立體(ti)化(hua)”育人模式,做好特色火狐(hu)體(ti)育網頁版

挖掘躬行實踐的新路(lu)徑,立足于(yu)專業特(te)色,讓(rang)志(zhi)愿服(fu)務(wu)精(jing)神根植于(yu)火(huo)(huo)狐體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)網頁(ye)版心田。火(huo)(huo)狐體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)官網團委(wei)不斷(duan)完善長(chang)效(xiao)學(xue)習機(ji)制、創(chuang)新學(xue)習形式、拓(tuo)展學(xue)習平臺(tai)、豐富學(xue)習內涵,通過服(fu)務(wu)社會、服(fu)務(wu)校園、服(fu)務(wu)火(huo)(huo)狐體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)網頁(ye)版,提升火(huo)(huo)狐體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)網頁(ye)版綜(zong)合素(su)質,2016 年獲得“上海(hai)市五四(si)紅旗(qi)團委”榮譽稱號(hao),2018 年起年年參(can)與(yu)五角場鎮公益創(chuang)投大(da)賽、上海市慈(ci)善義工項目獲立項。

探索隱形德育(yu)的新模式,在藝術工技術的認知體驗中涵養社會主義核心發(fa)展觀。2017 年(nian)起,打造“匠心皮影”輔(fu)導(dao)員火(huo)(huo)狐(hu)(hu)體育(yu)網頁(ye)版(ban)(ban)室(shi)、皮影火(huo)(huo)狐(hu)(hu)體育(yu)網頁(ye)版(ban)(ban)社團,形(xing)成皮影+校(xiao)本(ben)文化、皮影+火狐體(ti)(ti)育平(ping)臺、皮(pi)影(ying)+志愿服務(wu)火(huo)狐體育網頁版(ban)特色,以匠者的(de)(de)視角挖掘紅(hong)色故事(shi)、制(zhi)作(zuo)原創作(zuo)品。學院(yuan)主(zhu)辦《答案(an)》、《遇見“理(li)”真好(hao)》主(zhu)題晚會,以一個(ge)迷(mi)茫新生與未來(lai)自己的(de)(de)對話(hua),通過一幕(mu)幕(mu)藝(yi)術表演(yan),找尋(xun)心(xin)中的(de)(de)答案(an),完美(mei)地將育人理(li)念與藝(yi)術進行了(le)結(jie)合。火(huo)狐體育官網心(xin)理(li)劇(ju)《誰》以網絡暴(bao)力導致的(de)(de)心(xin)理(li)問題為主(zhu)題,獲評學校一等獎(jiang)、上海市二等獎(jiang)。

引領(ling)同(tong)輩(bei)育人的新風氣,建立常態化(hua)的火(huo)(huo)狐(hu)(hu)體(ti)(ti)育網(wang)頁版互助平(ping)臺,優(you)化(hua)學(xue)(xue)風建設。為(wei)了提高學(xue)(xue)業困難火(huo)(huo)狐(hu)(hu)體(ti)(ti)育網(wang)頁版、退(tui)伍大(da)火(huo)(huo)狐(hu)(hu)體(ti)(ti)育網(wang)頁版的學(xue)(xue)業成績,學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)創辦“深夜課堂(tang)”,開展朋輩(bei)輔導(dao)。自 2018 年起(qi),深夜課堂累計(ji)開設課程 38 門,包括數(shu)學分析、光學、物(wu)理化學等重難點課(ke)程,累計參與人數(shu)達 160 余(yu)人。

3、構建“多維度”育(yu)(yu)人格局,突出重(zhong)點火(huo)狐體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)網(wang)頁版

就業火(huo)狐體(ti)育(yu)網(wang)頁(ye)(ye)版(ban)是高校人(ren)才培養的關(guan)鍵(jian)性(xing)火(huo)狐體(ti)育(yu)網(wang)頁(ye)(ye)版(ban),學(xue)院將協(xie)同(tong)育(yu)人(ren)理念(nian)融(rong)入就業火(huo)狐體(ti)育(yu)網(wang)頁(ye)(ye)版(ban),調動教師參與就業火(huo)狐體(ti)育(yu)網(wang)頁(ye)(ye)版(ban)積極性(xing),構建多(duo)維(wei)度的就業育(yu)人(ren)大格(ge)局,讓(rang)全員(yuan)育(yu)人(ren)成(cheng)為(wei)提升就業質量的關(guan)鍵(jian)之筆(bi)。

 

在校黨委和校行政的領導(dao)下(xia),在廣(guang)大師(shi)生的共同努(nu)力下(xia),近(jin)年(nian)來火狐體育(yu)官網取(qu)得了(le)長足(zu)的(de)進(jin)步(bu),基本完成了(le)“十三五”規劃所確定的(de)各(ge)項任務(wu)(wu),使火狐體育(yu)官網由一個單純承擔教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)任務(wu)(wu)的(de)基礎教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)部轉變成了(le)一個充滿希望、并有良好(hao)發展(zhan)前景(jing)的(de)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)科研型學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)。

College of Science


The history of College of Science of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST) can be traced back to the Gezhi (Natural Science) Faculty of the University of Shanghai in 1916. During around a hundred years of development, the Gezhi Faculty was first renamed Basic Teaching Department and was again renamed the College of Science of USST in 2002.

Our college consists of 3 departments: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry; science labs (including professional Physics Laboratories, Mathematics Laboratories, and Chemistry Laboratories); 1 doctoral degree program of Level II academic disciplines: Optoelectronic Physics and Devices; 3 master degree programs of Level I academic disciplines: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry; 8 master degree programs of Level II academic disciplines: Applied Mathematics, Basic Mathematics, Operations Research and Cybernetics, Probability and Mathematical Statistics, Condensed Matter Physics, Optics and Theoretical Physics, Green Chemistry Process and Comprehensive Utilization of the Resources, and Chemical Engineering; and 3 undergraduate majors: Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, and Applied Chemistry.

At present, our college has 138 faculty members, among whom 124 are full-time teachers, including 16 professors, 42 associate professors, and more than 60 doctoral and master’s supervisors. There are more than 510 master students and more than 630 undergraduates in our college.

In teaching, our college always regards the improvement of teaching quality a top priority and actively researches and practices the reforms of teaching content and method under the background of mass higher education. Thus, we have been able to keep the teaching quality steadily improved. Currently, our college has 4 Shanghai Quality Courses: Higher Mathematics, College Physics, Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, and Linear Algebra; and 9 City-level Key Courses: Mathematical Analysis, General Chemistry, Mathematical Physics Equations, Electromagnetics, Higher Algebra, Mathematical Modeling, Optics, Analytical Chemistry, and Numerical Analysis.

Since 2006, our teachers have coached students for China Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling (CUMCM) and have won 20 second or higher prizes of national level. They have also coached students for Mathematical Contest in Modeling (MCM) of America and won 36 awards. In addition, they have coached postgraduate students for National Post-Graduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling and achieved 226 awards, including 9 first prizes and 89 second prizes. Our college has won the Outstanding Organization Award for 5 consecutive years. Our teachers have won city-level awards of Teaching Achievement and Excellent Teaching Materials several times; many teachers have been awarded Shanghai Teaching Masters, Shanghai Advanced Workers, Shanghai Leading Talents, Shanghai Educating Intellectual Award, and the title of “Good Teacher" chosen by students in USST.

With regard to scientific research and subject construction, our college has made great progress in recent years. Since 2011, our college has got grants of more than 30 National Natural Science Foundation Projects and more than 40 provincial and ministerial level projects. We have published 799 papers, 314 of which are SCI papers, including 38 papers in SCI An1, 72 papers in An2, and 5 papers frequently cited by ESI. The postgraduate education in our college is of high quality. The rate of high-quality papers published by the graduates and outstanding academic papers obtained by the university comes out among the best in the university. Since 2015, 3 papers have been awarded Shanghai Outstanding Master Dissertation.

The Party Committee of our college has been keen on carrying out the “striving for excellence” activities, actively building a learning-oriented and service-oriented party organization, and aspiring to create a college culture of seeking the truth with the utmost scientific spirit(“Ge Wu Zhi Zhi, Li Chong Zhi Zhen”). In recent years, our college has been awarded excellent prize for many times in the department assessments by the university.

After 14 years of construction, College of Science has developed from the original Basic Teaching Department to a teaching-research-type college with a complete training system from undergraduate to doctoral education. Guided by the university’s goal of “constructing high quality undergraduate programs, creating first-rate disciplines, and pursuing the great aim of Top 100 University in China”, College of Science will certainly strive to make greater contributions to the university’s “Double First-rate” construction.
