一、學院概況

火狐體育官網成立(li)于2002年,其歷史可(ke)追溯至1916年滬(hu)江時期的格致科,其(qi)前身是1960年(nian)成立的基礎教(jiao)學部(bu)。學院(yuan)現有2個系(xi)、3個學科:數學系、物理系,2個學科:數學學科、物(wu)理學科;2個二級(ji)學(xue)科博士(shi)點:光(guang)電子物理(li)與(yu)(yu)器(qi)件(jian)、復雜(za)系(xi)統數(shu)學(xue)理(li)論與(yu)(yu)方法;2個一(yi)級學(xue)(xue)科碩士點:數學(xue)(xue)、物(wu)理(li)學(xue)(xue);7個二級學(xue)(xue)科碩士點:應用數學(xue)(xue)、基礎數學(xue)(xue)、運籌學(xue)(xue)與控制(zhi)論(lun)(lun)、概(gai)率(lv)論(lun)(lun)與數理(li)統計(ji)、凝(ning)聚(ju)態物(wu)理(li)、光學(xue)(xue)、理(li)論(lun)(lun)物(wu)理(li);2個本(ben)科專業:數(shu)學與應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)學、應(ying)用(yong)物理學;1個理(li)科實驗(yan)中(zhong)心,包括(kuo)物理(li)實驗(yan)室(shi)、數學(xue)實驗(yan)室(shi);深海裝備復(fu)雜(za)系統研究(jiu)院。

火狐體(ti)育官網是教學(xue)科研型學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),從立(li)院(yuan)(yuan)起(qi)就承擔著兩(liang)大(da)任務(wu):一是完成(cheng)好全校量大(da)面廣(guang)的公共基礎課(ke)教學(xue)任務(wu),為(wei)(wei)全校人(ren)(ren)才培養(yang)提供支撐;二是發(fa)展(zhan)理學(xue),為(wei)(wei)我(wo)校成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)真正意義上(shang)的理工大(da)學(xue)作(zuo)出貢(gong)獻。圍(wei)繞這(zhe)兩(liang)大(da)任務(wu),我(wo)院(yuan)(yuan)始終堅持了“教學(xue)為(wei)(wei)立(li)院(yuan)(yuan)之本、科研為(wei)(wei)發(fa)展(zhan)之路、人(ren)(ren)才為(wei)(wei)強院(yuan)(yuan)之基”的指(zhi)導思想,2016 年以來,廣大教(jiao)職工在(zai)教(jiao)學(xue)、科(ke)研和學(xue)科(ke)建(jian)設(she)等方面開(kai)展了積(ji)極的火(huo)狐體育(yu)網頁版(ban),取得了可喜的成績。

(一)教學火(huo)狐體(ti)育(yu)網頁版

我(wo)院堅(jian)持育(yu)人優先、質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)優先的(de)原則,始終把(ba)搞好教(jiao)學火狐體(ti)育(yu)網頁(ye)版(ban)放在首位,尤其是把(ba)提(ti)高(gao)火狐體(ti)育(yu)網頁(ye)版(ban)受益面最大的(de)公共基礎課的(de)教(jiao)學質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)作為(wei)第一要務。為(wei)了在大眾(zhong)化(hua)教(jiao)育(yu)形勢下穩步提(ti)高(gao)基礎課的(de)教(jiao)學質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang),我(wo)們做了大量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)火狐體(ti)育(yu)網頁(ye)版(ban)。

1、在崗(gang)教師 100%為本科生(sheng)授課。在崗專任教(jiao)師師均承擔教(jiao)學(xue)火(huo)狐體(ti)育(yu)網頁版量(liang) 500。廣大教(jiao)師敬業愛崗(gang),無私奉(feng)獻,受(shou)到廣泛好評(ping)。我院教(jiao)師課堂教(jiao)學質量評(ping)價(jia)平(ping)均得分達 91.48 分(fen);多名教師榮獲課程教學優秀獎(jiang)一(yi)等(deng)獎(jiang),二(er)等(deng)獎(jiang)。

2、重視青年教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)培養。學院始終堅持以本(ben)為本(ben),推進(jin)四個回歸,把本(ben)科教(jiao)育(yu)放在人(ren)才培養的中(zhong)心地位,積極開展了(le)火狐(hu)體育(yu)官網(wang)青年教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)教(jiao)學競賽(sai),為我校努力打造一(yi)支師(shi)(shi)德高尚、業(ye)務精湛(zhan)、充滿活(huo)力的高素質教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)隊伍(wu)貢獻力量。青年教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)在各類教(jiao)學比賽(sai)中(zhong)取(qu)得了(le)優異成(cheng)績。

3、課程思政指以構建全員(yuan)、全程、全課程育人格局的形式將各類課程與思想(xiang)政治理論課同向同行,形成協(xie)同效應,把“立德樹人”作(zuo)為教育的根本任務的一(yi)種綜合(he)教育理念。2019 年,我(wo)院積(ji)極申報(bao)上海高(gao)校課程(cheng)思政領航計(ji)劃,成功立項為重(zhong)點改革領航學院,并成功立項4個特色改革領(ling)航團隊和(he) 22 門精(jing)品改革(ge)領航課程(cheng)。為(wei)深(shen)入(ru)推進課程(cheng)思政(zheng)教育教學改革(ge),2020 年學(xue)院(yuan)積極申報(bao)上海理工(gong)大學(xue)課程思(si)政示范專業和(he)示范課程,成功立項 2 個示范(fan)專業和(he) 22 門示范課程。

4、繼續認真(zhen)落實(shi)本科(ke)教學教師(shi)激勵計劃,堅持對(dui)高等數(shu)學、大學物(wu)理、概率論與(yu)數(shu)理統(tong)計、線性代數(shu)和復變(bian)函數(shu)與(yu)積分變(bian)換 5 門課程(cheng)開展“學習促進坊”活動(dong)。為提高火狐(hu)體育(yu)網(wang)頁版的學習成績做了實實在在的火狐(hu)體育(yu)網(wang)頁版。

5、組織(zhi)我(wo)校火狐體育(yu)網頁版參加全國大學(xue)數(shu)學(xue)競賽(sai),全國大火狐體育(yu)網頁版數(shu)學(xue)建模競賽(sai),美國大火狐體育(yu)網頁版數(shu)學(xue)建模競賽(sai),“理科之(zhi)星(xing)”學(xue)科競賽(sai)。有近 500 名火狐體育網頁版獲得各級獎(jiang)項(xiang)。

6、按照(zhao)教務處關于(yu)申請大火(huo)狐體育(yu)網(wang)頁版創新(創業(ye))訓練計劃項(xiang)目的(de)通知精(jing)神,我院積極組(zu)織和指導火(huo)狐體育(yu)網(wang)頁版申報,同時對申請的(de)項(xiang)目做(zuo)好(hao)審(shen)核火(huo)狐體育(yu)網(wang)頁版。我院 3 個專業(ye)的火狐體(ti)育網(wang)頁版(ban)獲(huo)上(shang)海市創新創業(ye)項目 60 余項,校創(chuang)新創(chuang)業項目 100 余項。

(二)科(ke)研(yan)研(yan)究

科研為發(fa)展之(zhi)路,學院在(zai)高質量完成(cheng)教學任務(wu)的同時(shi),在(zai)高質量論(lun)文發(fa)表和基金(jin)項目申(shen)請方面有較大(da)進步。主(zhu)要取得了如下(xia)成(cheng)績:

1、魏國亮教(jiao)授再次入選交叉(cha)學(xue)(xue)科領(ling)域“全球高(gao)被引(yin)科學(xue)(xue)家(jia)”。

22020年(nian)學(xue)院(yuan)有11項(xiang)(xiang)國(guo)家自然科學基金項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)立(li)項(xiang)(xiang),其中含(han)面上基金項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)2項、上海自然(ran)科學基金項目4項,到款科研總經(jing)費達789.9萬元,較上(shang)一年有大幅(fu)度增(zeng)長。。新獲批國家自然科學基金8項,其中面上項目(mu)4項,比2019年(nian)增長(chang)100%,立(li)項數全校(xiao)排名(ming)第三,資助率(lv)17.39%全(quan)校排名第二(er)。新獲批上海(hai)市(shi)自然(ran)科學基金4項,占全(quan)校20%。上(shang)海“科技創新行動計劃”1項。

32020年(nian),以上海(hai)理工大學為第一(yi)單位(wei)發表學術論文約212篇,其中在SCI收錄源刊上發表論文(wen)201篇,SCI一區20篇,SCI二(er)區(qu)40篇,二區以(yi)上(shang)約占30%,與去年相比,均在穩步(bu)增長。新(xin)增10篇以上海理工大學為第一(yi)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)ESI高(gao)被引(yin)論文(wen)(占全校16%)。截止(zhi)目(mu)前,我院ESI高被引論(lun)文共計38篇(pian)。

4、張伏、徐建、汪文軍(jun)三位老師(shi)分別在各(ge)自頂(ding)級學術期刊SIAM Journal on Control and OptimizationJOURNAL OF DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONSMathematical Models & Methods in Applied Sciences上發(fa)表高水平(ping)學術論文。

5、引(yin)進(jin)張興光、王金敏、廉孜超三位(wei)東方學者。青年教師孫瑩瑩、么聰菲、李佳珈、高月鳳、辛(xin)艷(yan)梅、郝(hao)偉舉、岳兵兵七人獲上海市“揚帆(fan)計劃”支持。

2、打造“立(li)體(ti)化(hua)”育(yu)人模式,做好特色(se)火狐(hu)體(ti)育(yu)網頁版

堅持因事而化、因時而進、因勢而新,轉變思想政治(zhi)火狐體(ti)(ti)(ti)育網頁(ye)版的(de)內容(rong)供給、話(hua)語體(ti)(ti)(ti)系、傳(chuan)授形式,積(ji)極開展浸入式、滲透(tou)式、啟發式的(de)“隱性教育”,培育既“叫好”又“叫座”的(de)育人火狐體(ti)(ti)(ti)育網頁(ye)版品牌。

挖掘(jue)躬行實(shi)踐的新(xin)路徑,立足于專業特(te)色(se),讓志愿(yuan)服務精神(shen)根(gen)植于火(huo)狐體(ti)育網(wang)(wang)頁(ye)版(ban)心田(tian)。火(huo)狐體(ti)育官網(wang)(wang)團委不斷完(wan)善長效學(xue)習機(ji)制(zhi)、創新(xin)學(xue)習形式、拓(tuo)展學(xue)習平臺、豐富(fu)學(xue)習內涵,通過(guo)服務社會、服務校園、服務火(huo)狐體(ti)育網(wang)(wang)頁(ye)版(ban),提升火(huo)狐體(ti)育網(wang)(wang)頁(ye)版(ban)綜合素質,2016 年獲(huo)得(de)“上海(hai)市五四紅旗團委”榮譽(yu)稱(cheng)號(hao),2018 年(nian)起年(nian)年(nian)參與(yu)五角場鎮公益創投(tou)大賽(sai)、上海市慈善(shan)義工項(xiang)目獲立項(xiang)。

探(tan)索隱形德育(yu)的新模式,在藝(yi)術工技術的認知(zhi)體(ti)驗中涵養社會主義核心發(fa)展(zhan)觀。2017 年起,打造(zao)“匠心皮影(ying)”輔導(dao)員火狐體(ti)育(yu)網(wang)頁(ye)版(ban)(ban)室(shi)、皮影(ying)火狐體(ti)育(yu)網(wang)頁(ye)版(ban)(ban)社團,形(xing)成(cheng)皮影(ying)+校本文化、皮影(ying)+火狐體育(yu)平臺、皮影+志(zhi)愿(yuan)服務火(huo)狐(hu)(hu)體(ti)育(yu)網頁(ye)版特色,以匠者的視角挖掘紅色故事(shi)、制作原(yuan)創作品。學院主辦(ban)《答(da)案》、《遇見(jian)“理(li)”真(zhen)好》主題晚會,以一(yi)個迷茫新生與未來自己的對(dui)話,通過(guo)一(yi)幕幕藝(yi)術表演,找尋心中的答(da)案,完美地將育(yu)人理(li)念與藝(yi)術進行了結合。火(huo)狐(hu)(hu)體(ti)育(yu)官網心理(li)劇《誰》以網絡暴力導(dao)致的心理(li)問題為主題,獲評(ping)學校(xiao)一(yi)等獎、上海市二等獎。

引領(ling)同輩育人的(de)新風(feng)氣,建立常態化(hua)的(de)火狐體(ti)育網頁版(ban)互助平臺,優化(hua)學風(feng)建設。為了(le)提高學業困難火狐體(ti)育網頁版(ban)、退伍大火狐體(ti)育網頁版(ban)的(de)學業成績,學院創辦“深夜(ye)課堂”,開(kai)展朋輩輔(fu)導。自 2018 年起,深夜課堂累計開設(she)課程 38 門,包(bao)括數(shu)學分析、光學、物(wu)理化學等重難點課程,累計(ji)參與人(ren)數(shu)達(da) 160 余人。

3、構建“多(duo)維度”育人格局(ju),突出重點火(huo)狐體育網(wang)頁版

就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)火狐(hu)(hu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)網(wang)頁版(ban)是高校人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)性火狐(hu)(hu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)網(wang)頁版(ban),學院將協同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)理(li)念(nian)融入就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)火狐(hu)(hu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)網(wang)頁版(ban),調動教(jiao)師(shi)參與(yu)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)火狐(hu)(hu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)網(wang)頁版(ban)積極性,構建(jian)多維度的(de)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)大格局,讓全(quan)員育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)成為提升就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)質量的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)之筆。

 

在校(xiao)黨委和校(xiao)行政(zheng)的(de)領導下(xia),在廣(guang)大師生的(de)共(gong)同(tong)努力下(xia),近年來火狐體(ti)育官(guan)網取得了長足的(de)(de)(de)進步,基本完成了“十三五(wu)”規(gui)劃所(suo)確定的(de)(de)(de)各項(xiang)任(ren)務(wu),使火狐體(ti)育官(guan)網由一個單純承擔(dan)教學(xue)任(ren)務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)教學(xue)部轉變成了一個充滿希望(wang)、并有(you)良好發展前景的(de)(de)(de)教學(xue)科研(yan)型學(xue)院。

College of Science


The history of College of Science of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST) can be traced back to the Gezhi (Natural Science) Faculty of the University of Shanghai in 1916. During around a hundred years of development, the Gezhi Faculty was first renamed Basic Teaching Department and was again renamed the College of Science of USST in 2002.

Our college consists of 3 departments: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry; science labs (including professional Physics Laboratories, Mathematics Laboratories, and Chemistry Laboratories); 1 doctoral degree program of Level II academic disciplines: Optoelectronic Physics and Devices; 3 master degree programs of Level I academic disciplines: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry; 8 master degree programs of Level II academic disciplines: Applied Mathematics, Basic Mathematics, Operations Research and Cybernetics, Probability and Mathematical Statistics, Condensed Matter Physics, Optics and Theoretical Physics, Green Chemistry Process and Comprehensive Utilization of the Resources, and Chemical Engineering; and 3 undergraduate majors: Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, and Applied Chemistry.

At present, our college has 138 faculty members, among whom 124 are full-time teachers, including 16 professors, 42 associate professors, and more than 60 doctoral and master’s supervisors. There are more than 510 master students and more than 630 undergraduates in our college.

In teaching, our college always regards the improvement of teaching quality a top priority and actively researches and practices the reforms of teaching content and method under the background of mass higher education. Thus, we have been able to keep the teaching quality steadily improved. Currently, our college has 4 Shanghai Quality Courses: Higher Mathematics, College Physics, Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, and Linear Algebra; and 9 City-level Key Courses: Mathematical Analysis, General Chemistry, Mathematical Physics Equations, Electromagnetics, Higher Algebra, Mathematical Modeling, Optics, Analytical Chemistry, and Numerical Analysis.

Since 2006, our teachers have coached students for China Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling (CUMCM) and have won 20 second or higher prizes of national level. They have also coached students for Mathematical Contest in Modeling (MCM) of America and won 36 awards. In addition, they have coached postgraduate students for National Post-Graduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling and achieved 226 awards, including 9 first prizes and 89 second prizes. Our college has won the Outstanding Organization Award for 5 consecutive years. Our teachers have won city-level awards of Teaching Achievement and Excellent Teaching Materials several times; many teachers have been awarded Shanghai Teaching Masters, Shanghai Advanced Workers, Shanghai Leading Talents, Shanghai Educating Intellectual Award, and the title of “Good Teacher" chosen by students in USST.

With regard to scientific research and subject construction, our college has made great progress in recent years. Since 2011, our college has got grants of more than 30 National Natural Science Foundation Projects and more than 40 provincial and ministerial level projects. We have published 799 papers, 314 of which are SCI papers, including 38 papers in SCI An1, 72 papers in An2, and 5 papers frequently cited by ESI. The postgraduate education in our college is of high quality. The rate of high-quality papers published by the graduates and outstanding academic papers obtained by the university comes out among the best in the university. Since 2015, 3 papers have been awarded Shanghai Outstanding Master Dissertation.

The Party Committee of our college has been keen on carrying out the “striving for excellence” activities, actively building a learning-oriented and service-oriented party organization, and aspiring to create a college culture of seeking the truth with the utmost scientific spirit(“Ge Wu Zhi Zhi, Li Chong Zhi Zhen”). In recent years, our college has been awarded excellent prize for many times in the department assessments by the university.

After 14 years of construction, College of Science has developed from the original Basic Teaching Department to a teaching-research-type college with a complete training system from undergraduate to doctoral education. Guided by the university’s goal of “constructing high quality undergraduate programs, creating first-rate disciplines, and pursuing the great aim of Top 100 University in China”, College of Science will certainly strive to make greater contributions to the university’s “Double First-rate” construction.
