To escape the warmer weather that has started to come to Arizona, I took a weekend trip Washington, DC with hopes of seeing the cherry blossoms. Unfortunately, I arrived too early to see them in bloom. Nonetheless I still had an amazing weekend getaway with my family. I don't know about you but I love dressing up for the airport/airplane because we all know that everyone is people watching while waiting for their flight to board. Luckily, right before my trip I came across some amazing steals that were perfect for my airport outfit. I can't stress this enough but when you go shopping take a minute to browse the children's section for some great steals. Though you may look a little weird shopping in the children's section when you are twenty one like me your wallet will thank you in the end. I found this amazing camo long sleeve in the children's clearance section at Target for only two dollars! Yes two dollars! And since it is a children's shirt I got an extra large. Also at Target I came across these studded sneakers that were marked down to only ten dollars. They reminded me of Christian Louboutin's (which are out of my budget) so I grabbed these instead. I paired it with cargo pants to add to the camo print. Once I landed in DC I threw my coat over my shoulders and was ready to get my vacation started.
PS What do you normally wear to the airport?
