This month has been an emotional roller coaster with good news and bad news. Lets begin with the bad news of  my month. Today I had to say goodbye to one of my best friends Jenny who is moving back to New Jersey. Even though I just met her last semester it feels like we have known each other for many years. We share the same humor, fashion sense, and of course the love for Gaga. Since it was her last week in Arizona we tried to spend as much time with each other as possible. Though I'm extremely sad to see her leave, I'm excited to visit her in the future to continue our crazy adventures where we left off. I'm so proud of her and excited to see her succeed in her future endeavors. Finally, meet my friend Jenny and see what she has to say about her outfit.

Today I sported a sundress from forever 21, thrift store jelly gladiators, a heart shaped belt from a boutique in my home town, mk gold runway watch, vintage clip on gold earrings from my mama. I have lived on the both the East and West Coast my entire life and try to incorporate the glam of back east with the boho of out west. I wore my outfit because it was transitional from day to night, (a glamazon must be ready for every occasion) and because it was comfortable. Fashion to me is truly an art form. And if you don't put out your best work, who wants to learn more about the artist?

Now for the good news...Two weeks ago I received an exciting phone call from Urban Outfitters asking me to come in for an interview. I wasn't expecting them to get back with me because I sent my application in at the beginning of May. It's no surprise that I was more nervous about what to wear to the interview then the interview itself. After trying multiple options, I finally decided to wear the outfit seen here simple black and white with a pop of color from my bag and of course my trusty wishbone necklace for good luck. The interview went great, but as always I kept thinking of how I could have given better responses. However, after all the worrying and second guessing I was HIRED! This is my first retail job and I couldn't be happier or excited to start.
PS Thank you so much Jenny for never having a dull moment...even if it was just us impersonating Lana Del Rey!
